Charleston Midstream Transfer Facility

Charleston Midstream Transfer Facility, known as CMTF I and CMTF II, is comprised of two midstream berths located in the Cooper River. CMTF transfers large bulk and break bulk shipments through innovative short sea shipping operations into and around the Port of Charleston and up and down the East Coast as needed.
